Started in the 1930’s with the construction of a combined residential and commercial building on Coxwell Avenue in the east end of Toronto, our family business, its values, tradition and commitment to service began.

Throughout the years property management continued to expand with the construction and purchase of properties within the Toronto and surrounding areas. Our deep routes to the Toronto area included the ownership of such historical properties as the iconic Shamrock Hotel, “The Mary Pickford Bungalow” in East York and land located at the corner of Midland and Progress Avenues, previously owned by some of Scarborough’s earliest settlers, now the site of our newest plaza.

Today, Caltron Properties Ltd., established in 1997, provides both commercial and residential space for lease in 6 locations throughout the GTA. Our properties represent a mixture of many long-term tenancies along with established businesses new to Caltron Properties Ltd. We take great pride in our low vacancy rate and tenant satisfaction.

Caltron Properties Ltd. maintains a high level of personal service and commitment not found in much larger management companies. Our hands on day-to-day management; provides a unique relationship with each of our tenants.
